As Chief Designer, I led the full interior design scope for this 1.5-year project. The concept embraces a Minimalist & Zen philosophy, elevated with textured grey stone elements to create a refined, neutral ambiance. The result is a cozy, calm environment that complements the intimate fine-dining experience. Inspired by the art of authentic Japanese sushi crafted by skilled chefs, the Omakase bar centers around a white oak wooden tabletop seating 18 guests. The design balances sleek wood textures, natural stone, green bamboo accents, and an earthy color palette to cultivate Zen-like harmony and understated elegance.
