Nestled in the peaceful mountains of Huizhou, Guangdong, this hospitality design project incorporates the serene beauty of nature with the traditional craftsmanship of the Lingnan Guangdong style. At its core, the design integrates bamboo weaving craft, a centuries-old tradition of the region, alongside elements of bamboo forests and natural woods to create a harmonious, luxurious retreat. The space marries natural materi-als with cultural heritage, offering an immersive experience that blends modern luxury and traditional craftsmanship.The design draws inspira-tion from the surrounding bamboo forests and the rich traditions of the Lingnan Guangdong style. Bamboo weaving, a defining craft of the region, is incorporated throughout the space, enhancing the connection between guests and the natural environment. The use of bamboo weav-ings as both functional and decorative elements—such as woven partitions, wall panels, and furniture—celebrates the craftsmanship of local artisans while creating a tranquil, organic aesthetic.​
